I decided to start a separate page dedicated to my BIG DOLLS. Have a visit and see how my collection got started, find out why it started, and be thankful with me that it eventually ended. It's a crazy story.

Green Hair Doll

Space girl invasion, this green haired doll is not messing around. When I stepped into Devon Air Ambulance Charity Shop, she jumped out of their toy bin and into my hands. She demanded that I pay £1 for her and take her home to the 'others.'

I complied.

I found her to have a bathing suit underneath her space suit. Hmmm.

I used to have a friend named Jane with green hair just like this, therefore I'm naming her Jane Unplain.

And if I do happen to find a doll with purple hair, I'll name her Meme, because a certain person I know :D used to have purple hair.

Burst of Sunshine

I was feeling a bit down in the dumps the day I got this doll. Hubby came home from the store and pulled it out of his grocery bag. And what a surprise! It totally brightened my day! My husband knows the route to my heart!

I named her Jazz. She came without earrings and bracelet so I whipped out my bead box (behind on the left) and made her some colourful jewels to go with her funky outfit. I love her blue glitter purse but I really dig her silver shoes. Now, I need a pair like that! Maybe next time I start feeling under the weather I'll slip her shoes into my husbands wallet next to his grocery coupons. Big enought hint? :)
